The Work
Every tattoo that leaves the shop is a custom piece — designed once, for one person, and never repeated. Browse the collection. If the work resonates, we should talk.

The Craft & The Artist
“Honoring the history of traditional tattooing through discipline, precision, and custom design.”
Karl Wojciechowski is a Montreal tattoo artist with over ten years behind the machine and a lifetime studying the traditions that came before it. His work lives at the intersection of two of tattooing's most respected lineages: Traditional Western and Japanese Irezumi.
No trends. No gimmicks. Just disciplined, custom tattoo work from an artist who treats every piece like it matters - because it does.
Two Traditions. One Standard of Excellence.
Traditional Western Tattooing
Bold lines. Saturated color. Compositions that read across the room and hold up across decades. Karl's traditional tattoo work in Montreal draws from the original masters - Sailor Jerry, Bert Grimm, Cap Coleman - and carries that legacy forward with technical precision and deep respect for the craft.
This isn't nostalgia. It's the foundation of everything tattooing is.
Learn More →Japanese Irezumi
Japanese tattooing is a discipline, not a trend. Karl's irezumi work in Montreal follows the principles that have governed this art form for centuries: flow with the body's anatomy, balance between foreground and background, and a visual language rooted in mythology, nature, and meaning.
From koi to dragons, chrysanthemums to waves - every element earns its place in the composition.

Common Questions
No. Every tattoo is custom work, designed specifically for you. That requires a consultation first. Walk-ins don't allow for the level of preparation this work demands.
Pricing depends on size, complexity, placement, and session length. Karl provides transparent quotes after the consultation. No surprises, no hidden fees. Quality tattooing is an investment, and we treat it as one.
Start by filling out the consultation form. Include your idea, preferred placement, approximate size, and any reference images. Karl reviews every submission personally and responds within a few business days.
Karl specializes in Traditional Western and Japanese Irezumi tattooing. These are the two styles he has devoted his career to mastering, and the two styles where his work is strongest. If your idea falls outside these styles, he'll let you know honestly.
